Senior Performance Marketing Executive1

ลักษณะงาน

  • • Be responsible and drive the execution for all paid media campaigns across various channels (e.g. Facebook, Google ads, Instagram, SEM, GDN, ad-network Youtube, marketing tools on Lazada or Shopee, organic traffic and other online media in order to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
    • Track statistics of media data and analyze the information.
    • Give suggestions to e-commerce key account about campaign performance and next step action for better media performance.
    • Collect data, analyze trend and insight using Google Analytics, facebook insight or other analytic platform to customize media report.
    • Identify new and creative growth strategies in media space.
    • Work closely with e-commerce key account team as well as external partners (media/e-commerce platforms etc.) to optimize online content and improve conversion rates.
    • Create, monitor, improve product detail content.
    • May also perform additional duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Male or Female, age 25 years up /Bachelor Degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media or related filed.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in media planning and buying.
  • E-commerce background preferred.
  • Be able to work as a team and has good interpersonal skill.
  • Enable to work well under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Follow trend of digital marketing and social media.
  • Be able to work self-organized and prioritize tasks within tight deadlines.
Key Account Executive1

ลักษณะงาน

  • • To achieve monthly sales target by maximize existing customer and gain new customer.
    • Familiar with online marketplaces and backend system.
    • To handle various online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, JD etc. and/or own platform.
    • Be able to create plan both media and promotion plan.
    • Monitor the price and promotion of competitor’s and work closely with brand team to compete and grab the sales on online.
    • Ensuring all monthly new products are on-site selling on release date and liaising with warehouse team.
    • Responsible for optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of marketplaces.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and develop plans to improve.
    • Collaborate across brand, design team to set up new products & promotions online
    • Maintain relationship with business partners.
    • Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly performance review analysis reports.

  • Male or Female, age 25 years up
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or related field.
  • Be familiar with E-commerce Sales for at least 2 years, Mom’s and baby goods are preferable.
  • Positive-thinking, confident, results-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills, creative-thinking, and have basic financial understanding.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Be able to learn and adapt to changes in dynamic business environment

คุณสมบัติ

E-Commerce Manager 1

ลักษณะงาน

  • • Responsibility for the e-commerce channel. Develop and implement the long-term, advantageous strategies to grow the e-commerce business
    • Develop, manage and execute digital/online marketing campaigns (e.g. SEM, Facebook, Google Analytics, LINE etc.) and e-commerce (e.g. social commerce, brand website, online marketplace etc.)
    • Set-up and optimize additional online sales channels in future
    • Drive e-commerce smooth execution and work well with Accounting, Logistics, etc. to ensure both sales and operation are integrated.
    • Work closely with E-Commerce venders (Lazada, Central online, and Looksi) to plan promotional activities. Routinely review with venders and provide feedback to maximize marketing efforts and sales performance.
    • Analyze and identify the customer behavior, expectation, opportunities to effectively develop the E-Commerce solutions.
    • Coordinate with promotion staff of activities, effectively arrange activities promotion plan, supervise the activity effect and analyze the data.
    • Delivering a stable and seamless shopper experience across consumer and enterprise space through Strong focus on UI & functionality development, Responsive sites for desk hardware access & customer service with the innovation across financial services, customer service & logistics as well as tactical SEM & SEO actions, Social media to build & improve E Commerce platform.

  • Experience in retail or FMCG business will be advantage
